2018 Holiday Parties

    Holiday parties will be on Friday, December 21st. For the safety of our students and in order to accommodate the large number of visitors who will attend the Post Holiday Party, we are asking that parents/guardians/authorized visitors pre-register as a visitor by completing and returning the bottom portion of this page.

    Holiday Party Schedule

    • Pre-K AM, KG, 1st, 2nd
      10:00 – 10:45 am

    • Pre-K PM, 3rd, 4th, 5th
      2:30 – 3:15 pm

    EVERY visitor to Post Elementary campus will be checked-in through the V-Soft system for the Holiday Party.  Please plan accordingly! No Lunch Visitors on Holiday Party Day.


    In accordance with district policy, EVERY visitor to the Post Elementary campus will be checked-in through the Raptor system for the Holiday Party. By pre-registering, parents, guardians, and authorized visitors will avoid standing in long lines at the time of the event. Instead, your pre-printed visitor badge will be sent home with your child prior to the event.

    • Due to parties taking place, there will be NO VISITOR LUNCH on December 21st.
    • No school age siblings (including elementary, middle school and high school students in district or out of district) will be allowed to attend another siblings’ or family members’ party.
    • Post children who check out of school early, cannot return to school for other grade level parties.
    • Please do not bring store bought or homemade treats for the students.
    • Parents may sign their child out from the classroom with the teacher. Teachers MUST give an exit ticket to the student/parent for them to be able to leave the building without going to the front office. Parents will exit the building with their child through the exit doors near the 2nd grade hallway, cafeteria, and Kinder/First Grade hallways.
